Shipping & Returns

All Gold & Skye pieces are made to order. At this time, allow about 7 to 10 days before your order is sent. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

France

When validating your basket, you will have the choice between the following delivery methods:

  • At home: between €5.96 and €10 depending on the weight of your package
Time: around 48 hours
  • At a Colissimo or Chronopost relay point: between €3.50 and €6.60 depending on the weight of your package

Time: 3-4 days

Unfortunately, the map to choose your relay point can only be displayed after payment. If you want to know the relay points available around you before placing an order, I suggest you consult the following links:

Europe

(Colissimo, at home with signature)

  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands from 10 euros
  • United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Italy and Spain from 11 euros
  • Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark from 12 euros

Out of Europe

(Colissimo, at home with signature)

  • United States from 27 euros
  • Canada from 30 euros

For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and duties.

Returns

Gold & Skye is a small handmade clothing brand, totally managed by one person, me :) . I cut and sew each piece only once your order is placed. 
 
My priority is therefore that your pieces fit you perfectly in order to avoid any return or exchange. I invite you to take the time to choose the right piece and the right size. To do this, you will find a size guide detailed on each product page and video/photo guides on the Instagram page @goldandskye .

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to make a return (the parts must be in perfect condition, not washed or worn). All of this will be refunded, shipping costs included. The costs for returning the package to me will be your responsibility.

DEFAULTS

I really aim to offer quality garment but if, however, there is an error on my part with your order (wrong size, color, etc.) or the garment has a manufacturing defect, you can send your order back to me (at my expense) and get reimbursed, within 7 days.
