Refund policy

Every Gold & Skye pattern is a digital PDF. The moment you order, your pattern is ready to download, so there's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

Because you get the files instantly, all sales are final and patterns can't be refunded once purchased. A digital file can't really be sent back, so by completing your order you're agreeing to immediate access and waiving the usual 14-day right of withdrawal.

That said, I want you to actually enjoy what you bought. So if something goes wrong, email me at hello@goldandskye.com and I'll make it right:

• You can't download the file, or it won't open
• You bought the same pattern twice by accident
• You picked the wrong pattern (reach out before you download it and I'll happily swap it)
• Something looks off in the file itself

I run this shop on my own and I read every message. Tell me what happened, add a screenshot if it helps, and I'll sort it out, usually a resend, a swap, or a refund.

Before you buy, take a moment with the size chart and the photos and videos on each product page (and on Instagram @goldandskye) so you choose the right pattern and size. Not sure which is for you? Email me first, I'm always glad to help you decide.
